Cody Place Retail Renderings and Plans!

Here is the latest map and renderings of the Cody Place retail area at the corner of Palm Canyon and Mesquite! Not sure they are finalized as there are some issues with parking but it's looking great! On a recent visit to Rooster and Pig restaurant, they mentioned that they would be relocating there. Renderings were presented to the Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood Organization by the Cody Place HOA president. Looking good!

Welcome to Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood, Truly The most diverse in all of Palm Springs!

The neighborhood sits on both sides of the Tahquitz "wash" just south of central Palm Springs. It was not always called Tahquitz River Estates. In the early 1930's, the first development was called Palos Verdes Estates and is still populated with charming "Old Palm Springs" Spanish revival homes. Some of these bungalows were under construction even before Palm Springs became incorporated back in 1938!
