Hello Modernism Week Fans!

After an absence of several years due to the Covid Pandemic, the TRENO Home Tour is on again February 18th, 2023. This year’s theme is 70 Years of Modern Living complete with a brochure Passport to help teleport you from the earliest examples of Modern architecture with homes by Paul Trousdale to contemporary inspired examples Eichler and Wexler designs.

Tickets went on sale last November and all 400 sold out completely in one week!

Looking forward to seeing everyone that was lucky enough to tour our 7 incredible homes and the Albert Frey designed, Christ Scientis Church!

Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood Council

Welcome to Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood, Truly The most diverse in all of Palm Springs!

The neighborhood sits on both sides of the Tahquitz "wash" just south of central Palm Springs. It was not always called Tahquitz River Estates. In the early 1930's, the first development was called Palos Verdes Estates and is still populated with charming "Old Palm Springs" Spanish revival homes. Some of these bungalows were under construction even before Palm Springs became incorporated back in 1938!
