Toll Bros/Cody Place Update

Although it may not be readily apparent, things have been happening at Cody Place and much more will be seen soon. Other than the exterior stucco finish being applied to the clubhouse, all other progress has been below ground level. Utility trenching for the first models (Building 21) has been completed, and the two swimming pools and spa have also been gunited.

Lumber for Bldg. 21 is being delivered this coming Monday, Aug 17th, and the first building coming out of the ground is scheduled to be Open for Sale on Sept. 26th. Permanent signs should also appear in the next few weeks. This means you'll see building construction taking place starting soon!

Meanwhile, more underground work is about to commence. A new storm drain will be installed along Random Rd. beginning Monday, Aug 24th and continuing until Oct 2nd. The map below shows the construction area of this storm line. Residents and interested parties can see a more detailed staging map (no driveways will be blocked during construction) here.
